Loans are based on the value of the collateral. When a customer pays back the loan, their merchandise is returned to them. A customer may also choose to surrender his or her collateral as payment in full. We offer you the chance to renew your pawn after 30 days (and generally work with people). Or you can choose to pay the owed interest on the loan to extend (restart your 30 day loan) your interest.

Layaways & Consignments

We offer Layaways on almost all of our items, a layaway is when you pay down on a item you don’t have 100% of the money for at the time (our agreed amount) and I will put it in the back and take it off the sales floor so no one else can buy it, you will continue to make payments on the item until you pay off the total and the item will then be yours!

We offer Consignments on high value items, A consignment is when I the pawnbroker may not want to fully buy your item, normally because it’s a high value item that sells slow and I don’t want to take on the investment or insult you with such a low offer, and you the seller would not like to sell it to me for such a low price. So instead I will clean, price and put your item our for sale in my shop and also list it online on the other platforms I sell on, when your items sells I take a small consignment fee for my part of the service and you get the rest!

Renew: To renew is the same thing as extending your pawn, to renew or extend your loan/pawn for another 30 days, you may pay the renewal fee or the interest fee, which is simply the monthly interest amount shown on your ticket. there is no limit to how many times you may renew a loan. This is important to remember if you do not have the total funds to pay off your loan entirely if the 30 days is about to be up, instant you can pay that renewal fee, it restarts your 30 days and you won’t lose your item!

Default or Pawn Ticket Terms: If an item in not paid within the 30 days, the merchandise pledged on the loan/pawn ticket now belongs to me the pawnbroker and put our for sale. (refer to the pack of your ticket for everything)

Interest Rates: Our interest rates are on of the things that sets us above and beyond our local competitors and why you should chose us for your regular pawning needs! The going interest rates for most pawn shops including our competitors is 50% but not us we are “Half Interest” Pawn, meaning we only charge 25% interest, half of the going rate. So for a very simple example, If you pawned something to any other pawn shop near you for $100, you’d have 30 days to pay them back $150. Not with us, If you pawned something to us for $100, You’d have 30 days to pay us back $125!
